How Can We Keep A Check on The Progress Of Our Campaign?
Thank you for visiting our web site. 80% of our clients are Advertising Agencies, PR Agencies, Creative Agencies and Marketing Agencies.
We know how demanding your jobs are and how important it is for you to work with professional and competent partners in order to deliver to your clients what you have promised.
As a leading Mobile Billboard provider in the UK, we are specialists in our field of work. Being a specialist means we have a reputation to live up to and a standard of service to maintain.
We also know what’s important to you and what the main questions are that you would like to be answered. For example;
- Will Posters On Wheels be able to carry out a campaign which is really important to me and will it go to plan because it’s for my best client?
- Can I be confident that my Agency will be represented professionally at every level and that there will be no reason for my client to complain about their services?
- Will I be able to contact them at any time to make sure my campaign is going well and will they be able to tell me where the billboard/s are?
- Will they do everything in their power not to let me or my client down?
- Will they respond quickly to any questions or changes of plan my client or I may have mid campaign?
We can answer all the questions above if you contact us on 08707 60 56 57. We also recommend you browse through our gallery pages where you will see the pedigree of our clients – most of them repeat bookers!

What Are Your Turnaround And Lead Times?
We generally have the capacity and flexibility to start campaigns within 72 hours. The more notice we have the better but generally speaking if all your artwork is correct and there are no amendments to make on our side, we can book your posters with the printers and have them on our vehicles in a very short time.
It is always advisable to place a booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Ideally we would recommend at least 4 weeks notice and the artwork 8 days prior to start date of campaign.

How Can We Keep A Check on The Progress Of Our Campaign?
Every single vehicle is fitted with a GPS Satellite Tracking System
We are currently the only mobile billboard company in the UK to offer satellite tracking on EACH and EVERY ONE of our mobile billboards.
The vehicles are tracked every 10 minutes and we can tell how fast they are driving, how far they have driven, where they are and where they are heading.
You can call us at any time and we can give you any of the above information.
We can even supply you plot graphs which indicate where the vehicles have been historically for your campaign. (please allow up to 10 days for these graphs)

Every single vehicle is fitted with a GPS Navigation System
Again, we are currently the only mobile billboard company in the UK that has a portable navigation system available to each driver if they need it.
Our drivers do not need to waste time by stopping every 5 minutes to check a map. They can concentrate on their driving and getting your message the maximum attention.
The system gives them an estimated time of arrival meaning they can pace them selves to ensure they are on time.
